Students must arrive early for the 6:00am, 7:00am, 9:30am and 10:00am classes. The studio doors lock as class begins. We strongly suggest that you arrive at least ten minutes early to ensure that you get to practice!

Notice for First-time students:

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early, so you can fill out a waiver and get familiar with the space and your teacher. To save time, you may click on the link above to download the waiver and bring it with you pre-filled, ready to go.

The room is warm and classes are 90 minutes long, so prepare yourself to work hard and sweat. Bring Water (we also sell water for $2). Women please wear shorts and t-shirt or sports bra; men wear shorts or bathing suits. Workout should be performed on an empty stomach.

During the Intro Week, mat rental is included, and towel rental is $2 after the first day. For the Intro Month mat rental and towels are included on the first day. After the first day towels and rental mat are additional. We suggest that you bring your mat to get the full value of the package. You may also bring your own towels.
